China Bull Market: looks exactly what happened years ago 5-22-2015

The China Bull Market is looking exactly the same as what happened years ago.

2000 to 2006 - China sideways to down for 6 years.

2009 to 2015 - China sideways to down for 6years.

2006 to 2008 - 2years with 500% to 550% rally.

2015 to 2017?? - 2years with 500% rally again to reach 6k level?

The legs of this rally is looking almost 90% as what happened years ago. I have no recommendation to chase it up. But trend looks exactly what happened years ago.

Market snapshots: FTSE, DAX, PSEi, JKSE, HSI and China 11-11-2014

I know we are all upset with the US and Europe ending with a V-shape recovery vs our expected Major B lower high to end another selloff to Major C to finish Primary Wave IV. Our xmas rally play was ripped off..

Europe(Germany and FTSE) both hit their downside targets(13-15%) which may have sparked the bottom and led the recovery.

Anyhow, let us continue to monitor and adjust things accordingly.

China and HK. Laggard markets 5-20-2014

Technically speaking, China index is still not looking good. It is still near its 52 week low, and a break below 2000 level could trigger another selloff.

The lowest area since 2008 recession was 1700. And we are nearly into that level.

DOW JONES is now at 16500, from 65xx last 2009 lows. And China is way nowhere to be found and cannot be likely said to be in a Bull Market.

HK index also has not made any new high since 2011 peak at 24700.

Now at 9.5x P/E, looks very cheap VS Philippines(20.5x) and US(16.5x), it has not made any good uptrend rallies and is hovering around the 5yr Bull Market support.

Long Term support is at 21500 and looks very weak compared to all Major Index in the world.
